General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Rackets Academy Salgesch

1. Scope
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers provided by Rackets Academy Salgesch (hereinafter referred to as "Rackets Academy"). By using the services of Rackets Academy, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Registration and Booking
   a) Bookings for the use of Rackets Academy and for courses are made via Playtomic, by phone/WhatsApp, or on-site.
   b) The booking becomes binding once confirmed by the customer and the corresponding amount has been paid.
   c) Rackets Academy reserves the right to refuse bookings without giving a reason.

3. Terms of Use
   a) The use of Rackets Academy is only permitted during the booked times.
   b) The customer is obliged to use the facilities properly and to ensure the safety of other guests.
   c) The use of the hall is at the customer's own risk. Rackets Academy assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by improper use.
   d) The hall must be left clean and in the same condition as it was found.

4. Cancellations and Changes
   a) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time. Late cancellations will be charged the full fee.
   b) In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official measures), Rackets Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at short notice. In such cases, the fee will be credited or refunded to the customer.

5. Prices and Payment
   a) The current prices for the use of Rackets Academy and for courses and events are available on Playtomic.
   b) Payment is made when booking online or on-site. Rackets Academy accepts cash payments as well as common electronic payment methods.
   c) Rackets Academy reserves the right to change prices at any time. For confirmed bookings, the prices valid at the time of booking apply.

6. Liability
   a) Rackets Academy is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior of its employees.
   b) Rackets Academy assumes no liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings of customers unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Rackets Academy.

7. House Rules
   a) The instructions of the staff of Rackets Academy must be followed at all times.
   b) Smoking or bringing dangerous items into the hall is prohibited.
   c) Rackets Academy reserves the right to exclude customers who violate the house rules from using the facilities.

8. Data Protection
   Rackets Academy processes the personal data of customers exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy on our website.

9. Final Provisions
   a) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
   b) Changes or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
   c) Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Rackets Academy.
